Judit Karlsson is lawyer at the Brussels bar since 2010. She works fluently in French, Dutch and English.

Her field of expertise focuses on real estate, commercial and business law, including the regular practice of:

Beside litigation, Judit enjoys working as an “in-house lawyer”, assisting front-line players on the Belgian real estate market with legal services, such as advise and contract drafting, and project management.

Her clients include major real estate owners, developers and constructors, architects, real estate management companies, numerous condominium corporations, as well as small and medium businesses and private persons.

Judit works hard on keeping close ties with her clients, learn to know their business thoroughly and offer solution-focused services. Whenever possible, she also stimulates contacts between clients to create opportunities for new partnerships.

Impassioned by her practice, Judit keeps her knowledge up to date and publishes on a regular basis. She also conducts training, both public sessions and private sessions made-to-measure for specific clients. She most recently conducted training with respect to consumer rights protection, joint liability of principal and constructor for tax and social obligations and recent case law on the contractor’s liability.
